The Problem With Never Finishing a Thought
When the mind moves on before anything fully settles
There is a pattern that rarely gets noticed, not because it is hidden, but because it has become normal.
A thought begins, but it does not fully form.
It starts with a small idea, a reaction, or a plan, and before it reaches any clear end, attention shifts to something else.
Another thought appears.
Then another.
Then another.
None of them fully complete.
The mind stays active, but not in a focused way.
It keeps moving, without ever arriving anywhere.
